Our Staff – Aydalina Moraga

We want you to meet our staff! Though you may know some of them, or have met them if you’ve visited, we want to share more about what them and what they do for CEPAD.

Aydalina Moraga is our Community Development Program Manager and supports this program in our regional offices. She reviews the funds assigned to this program and ensures each region receives their funds. Aydalina creates the outlines and modules for each training and workshop that focuses on Community Development – implementing and training community leaders.

Aydalina has been with CEPAD for 35 years after starting out as a short-term volunteer, but was drawn to CEPAD’s mission. “First, the work is based on the word of God (serving those in need) and for the results seen in CEPAD’s 46 years of development in different areas, especially the skills development of those that have participated in CEPAD’s work to solve their own needs.”

She has enjoyed empowering and walking alongside communities and people in need in the different regions of Nicaragua where we work.

Aydalina shares a message to our supporters: “You have invested time, Human Resources, and funds for the development of programs that have come to benefit thousands of people in different areas of our country. We are thankful to God and to all of our donors since the foundation of CEPAD. The investment has not been made in vain. Many families have benefited and their lives have been changed.”

We are so thankful for Aydalina’s leadership and the many years of hard work she has contributed to CEPAD!
